Information We Collect

FlagOff.my may collect participant and organizer information such as full name, phone number, WhatsApp number, email address, IC/passport if enabled by the organizer, emergency contact, package selection, add-ons, custom form answers, payment proof, invoice and receipt details, IP address, browser information, login activity, and system logs.

How Information Is Used

Information is used for event registration, payment verification, invoice and receipt generation, participant communication, event administration, reporting, security logging, fraud prevention, support, and system improvement.

Event Organizer Access

Event organizers and Event Admins may access participant data for their assigned event only. Super Admin may access platform data for support, system administration, security, backup, audit, and troubleshooting purposes.

Payment Proof and Financial Records

Payment proof uploads are used for payment verification. Access to payment proof is restricted to the participant, assigned Event Admin, and Super Admin where applicable.

WhatsApp and Communication

Participant phone or WhatsApp numbers may be used by the event organizer for event-related communication, payment verification, and private group access after payment is verified.

Security Logs

FlagOff.my may log IP address, browser, device, referrer, request URL, login attempts, admin actions, export actions, upload actions, suspicious activity, and blocked access attempts to protect the system.

Data Sharing

FlagOff.my does not sell participant data. Data may be shared with the relevant event organizer for event operation and with service providers only when required for hosting, technical support, security, or payment processing.

Data Storage

Data is stored on the hosting server and database used by the platform. Reasonable security measures are applied, including role access control, protected folders, upload validation, and activity logs.

Data Accuracy

Participants should ensure their registration information is accurate. If correction is required, participants should contact the event organizer or platform support.

Data Retention

Data may be retained for event records, invoice/receipt history, audit, security, legal, and operational purposes. Some logs may be cleaned according to system retention settings.
