Organizer Responsibility
The event organizer is responsible for event details, pricing, packages, add-ons, payment collection, payment verification, refunds, cancellation, postponement, participant communication, permits, insurance, safety, route, venue, event-day operation, WhatsApp group management, and compliance with applicable rules or laws.
Accurate Event Information
Organizers must ensure all event information is accurate, including date, time, location, price, packages, itinerary, terms, refund policy, waiver, safety rules, organizer contact, bank details, QR code, and payment gateway settings.
Payment Settings
Organizers are responsible for entering correct bank account details, DuitNow QR image, payment instruction, payment gateway keys, and callback/return URLs where applicable. FlagOff.my is not responsible for payments sent to incorrect organizer-provided details.
Payment Verification
For manual bank transfer and QR payment, organizers or assigned Event Admins must verify payment proof carefully before approving payment and generating receipts.
Participant Data
Organizers must use participant data only for event-related purposes, payment verification, invoice/receipt records, event communication, safety, reporting, and event operation. Organizers must not misuse, sell, or expose participant data.
Event Safety
For outdoor, motorsport, off-road, enduro, adventure, fun ride, race, or high-risk activities, organizers must provide suitable safety rules, rider instructions, waiver wording, emergency contact process, and event-day safety management.
Refunds and Cancellation
Organizers are responsible for setting and communicating refund, cancellation, postponement, and no-show policies clearly before accepting registrations.
Admin Access
Organizer admin accounts must be used only by authorized persons. Organizers must protect login credentials and immediately disable access for staff who no longer manage the event.
Prohibited Events or Content
Organizers must not use FlagOff.my for illegal events, misleading events, fraudulent payment collection, harmful content, spam, abuse, or any activity that may damage the platform or public trust.
Platform Support
FlagOff.my may assist with technical platform issues, but does not become the event organizer, payment holder, insurer, safety manager, or refund authority unless separately agreed in writing.
Suspension
FlagOff.my may suspend or hide events that appear fraudulent, unsafe, misleading, abusive, illegal, or harmful to users or the platform.
