Payment Method
Manual bank transfer and/or DuitNow QR are included in the normal manual-payment flow. The organiser may use a bank account, DuitNow QR or both. Participants pay directly to the organiser and upload payment proof through FlagOff.my.
ToyyibPay Gateway is a separate option: 5% organiser-borne platform fee per successful payment. FlagOff.my absorbs the standard supported gateway processing charge from that fee.

Standard Setup — Self-Preparation Guide
Everything you need to prepare for the RM350 Standard Setup. Follow this checklist before submitting your event request.
1. Event Information
Prepare the following before submitting your setup request:
• Event name (full official name)
• Event short name (for posters and social media)
• Event category (choose from 14 categories)
• Event start date and end date
• Event time (e.g., 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
• Venue name and full address
• State (e.g., Selangor, Perak, Kelantan)
• Short event description (2-3 sentences for the event page)
• Expected number of participants
• Registration opening and closing dates (optional)
The more complete your event info, the faster we can set up your page.
2. Event Logo, Poster & Itinerary
Every published event requires:
• Event Logo — PNG or JPG, square or horizontal, max 3 MB
• Event Poster — main promotional image, JPG/PNG/WebP, max 5 MB
• Event Itinerary — schedule as an image or PDF, max 8 MB
If you don't have these ready, we can help under Custom or Large Event quotation.
3. Registration Packages
Prepare at least one registration package:
• Package name (e.g., Standard Rider, VIP, Early Bird)
• Package description (what's included)
• Price per participant (RM)
• Maximum slots (leave 0 for unlimited)
You can create multiple packages with different prices and capacities. Participants choose one during registration.
4. Payment Details
Prepare your payment information:
• Bank name (e.g., Maybank, CIMB)
• Account holder name (must match bank records)
• Account number (double-check for accuracy)
• DuitNow QR code image (optional but recommended)
• Payment instructions for participants
Participants pay you directly. FlagOff.my does not hold your funds.
5. Sponsor Information (Optional)
Sponsors are optional but add professionalism:
• Sponsor name and type (Main Sponsor, Co-Sponsor, Partner, etc.)
• Sponsor logo (PNG or JPG, transparent background preferred)
• Sponsor website or social media URL
• Choose where logos appear: event page, invoices, receipts, or all
You can add multiple sponsors.
6. WhatsApp Group & Organiser Contact
Prepare your contact and WhatsApp details:
• Organiser name (your name or organisation)
• Public WhatsApp number (participants message you here)
• Private WhatsApp group invite link (https://chat.whatsapp.com/...)
The group link is hidden until payment is verified. Do not share it publicly.
7. Event Terms & Policies
Prepare your event policies (or we will use the default templates):
• Terms of Use — participation rules and conditions
• Refund Policy — when and how refunds are handled
• Waiver / Liability — risk acknowledgement and release
• Safety Rules — safety requirements for participants
Default templates are available and can be edited later.
8. Submit Your Request
Once you have all the above prepared:
• Go to the Contact Page
• Select Standard Setup — From RM350 / Event (manual payment), ToyyibPay Gateway — 5% per successful payment, or Custom or Large Event — From RM500 / Request Quote
• Fill in your event details
• Submit the enquiry form

What does Standard Setup cost?
From RM350 per event. No percentage is deducted from participant registration payments under Standard Setup.
How do participants pay under Standard Setup?
Participants pay directly to the organiser using bank transfer, DuitNow or the organiser's own QR, then upload their payment proof through FlagOff.my.
Who verifies manual payments?
The event organiser manually verifies each payment against their own bank transactions, then approves or rejects it in the admin dashboard.
Does FlagOff.my take a percentage under Standard Setup?
No. FlagOff.my does not deduct any percentage from participant payments under Standard Setup. Participants pay the organiser directly.
How does ToyyibPay Gateway pricing work?
FlagOff.my charges the organiser a 5% platform fee from each successful gateway payment. Only successful payments attract the fee.
Does the participant pay an additional 5%?
No. If the registration price is RM160, the participant pays RM160. The 5% platform fee is organiser-borne and is never added to the participant's total.
Who pays the ToyyibPay gateway charge?
FlagOff.my absorbs the applicable standard supported ToyyibPay gateway processing charge from its 5% platform fee. It is not passed to the participant.
Is the RM350 Standard Setup fee also charged when using the 5% ToyyibPay option?
No for the normal public gateway pricing model. Custom development or special event requirements may still require a separate quotation.
What happens to failed or abandoned payments?
The 5% platform fee applies only to successful payments. Failed payments, abandoned payments and cancelled checkout attempts attract no fee.
How much is Custom or Large Event setup?
From RM500 / Request Quote. Final pricing depends on event requirements, participant volume, customisation and support required.
Can events have multiple packages and sponsors?
Yes. Events may have one or multiple registration packages and multiple sponsors, with sponsor logos shown on the event page, invoices and receipts.
How long is event data retained?
Published events remain publicly visible for a minimum period configured by the Site Administrator. Event data including registrations, invoices, receipts and participant records is retained according to the configured data-retention policy. Extended retention may be quoted separately.
