FlagOff.my provides an online event registration platform for event organizers and participants. The platform may include event pages, registration forms, packages, add-ons, payment instructions, payment proof upload, invoices, receipts, reports, and participant management tools.

Platform Only Notice

FlagOff.my is the registration platform only. Events listed on FlagOff.my are organized, managed, priced, operated, postponed, cancelled, or modified by the respective event organizer. The event organizer is responsible for event details, pricing, payment collection, payment verification, refunds, cancellation, postponement, safety, route, permits, insurance, WhatsApp group management, and event-day operation.

User Responsibility

Participants must ensure that all registration information submitted is true, complete, and accurate. Participants are responsible for checking event details, payment instructions, terms, refund policy, safety rules, and organizer instructions before registering.

Organizer Responsibility

Event organizers are responsible for the accuracy of event information, pricing, payment details, participant verification, event communications, and event delivery.

Account and Access

Admin access is provided only to authorized users. Users must keep login credentials secure and must not share admin access with unauthorized parties.

Payment and Verification

Unless stated otherwise, participant payments are made directly to the organizer's selected bank account, DuitNow QR, or payment gateway. FlagOff.my does not hold participant funds unless a separate written arrangement exists.

Prohibited Use

Users must not use FlagOff.my for fraud, spam, illegal activity, fake events, misleading payment instructions, unauthorized data access, or any activity that may harm the platform, participants, organizers, or third parties.

System Availability

FlagOff.my aims to provide a stable service, but availability may be affected by hosting, internet service, maintenance, third-party payment gateways, or technical issues.

Limitation of Liability

FlagOff.my is not responsible for event-day incidents, participant injuries, route issues, safety matters, organizer decisions, refund disputes, payment disputes between organizer and participant, or any loss caused by inaccurate event information provided by the organizer.

Changes to Terms

FlagOff.my may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated terms.
