Participant Guide
How to register, pay, upload proof, get verified and access private WhatsApp groups.
1. What is FlagOff.my?
FlagOff.my is an event registration platform. Each event is organized and managed by its own event organizer. FlagOff.my provides the registration tools — the organizer handles event operations.
2. How to Join an Event
- Open the Events page.
- Select an event to view details.
- Check date, location, packages, fee, rules and refund policy.
- Click Register Now.
- Fill in your details and submit.
3. Payment
Manual Payment: Pay using the bank account or QR code shown on the official event page. After payment, upload your proof. Your invoice is generated after proof upload.
Payment Gateway: If the organizer has enabled a payment gateway, you can pay through it. Status updates after gateway confirmation.
4. Invoice & Receipt
Invoice is available after proof upload (manual) or gateway payment. Receipt is available after the organizer verifies your payment.
5. Check Your Status
Use your registration number and access code on the Check Registration page to view your payment, invoice, receipt and WhatsApp group status.
6. Private WhatsApp Group
The private WhatsApp group link unlocks only after your payment is Paid and Verified. Do not share the group link outside the event.
7. Refund & Cancellation
Each event has its own refund policy set by the organizer. Read the event page refund policy before registering. FlagOff.my is the platform only — refunds are managed by the organizer.
